We want to do whatever we can to help children and local schools. That’s why we donate cupcakes and gift cards to school functions and fundraisers. If you are a teacher, principal, parent or student and would like Molly’s Cupcakes to help your school, please email your nearest Molly’s Cupcakes.
Sometimes, cupcakes need to travel, whether it’s to the office, your home, or a faraway land. Always make sure to keep your cupcakes level and don’t swing them around too much.
If you need cupcakes for an important event, please let our staff make the delivery. If you use services like DoorDash, we cannot guarantee that the cupcakes will make the journey safely. Also, if something goes wrong, we cannot issue a refund because you paid the app— not us.
At many locations, our staff will deliver your cupcakes. Please make sure someone is there to sign for and receive them. If no one is there, we will bring the cupcakes back to the bakery so that you can pick them up at a later time. You will still be charged the full cost of the cupcakes and delivery. If you want us to re-deliver the cupcakes, you will be charged an additional delivery fee. Many office building, dorms, and doorman residences do not let us past security, and they do not let us leave the cupcakes at the front desk. Please contact your nearest Molly’s for delivery costs.
We bake many different cupcakes. A few have toppings or fillings—like homemade whipped cream— that require refrigeration. Please keep these cupcakes cold:
Creme Brûlée, Blueberry Cheesecake, Peach Cobbler, Raspberry Kiss, Lemon Meringue, Raspberry Cream, Apple Pie, Tiramisu, Black Forest, Cupcakes with cream cheese or whipped cream.
All other cupcakes can be keep at room temperature.
All our cupcakes are made from scratch in small kitchens. Cross-contamination is possible. We use all known allergens including but not limited to soy, milk, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and raw and/or undercooked eggs. If you have a food allergy, please don’t risk it.
